The cover will open automatically within 0.5second when put any object in the inductive distance.
The cover will close automatically 5-6 seconds later after throwing the rubbish into the dustbin.
Four batteries"AA" to be used about 3-6 months. 

How does it work?
1.Open the cover the battery case at the bottom of the intelligent dustbin.and equipped it with four batteries "AA" .Don't damage the circuit for we have considered of protecting it.Open the power switch at the behind of the dustbin.At this moment,the red indicating light will be on for 3 seconds Then it will flash every other 2 seconds,which shows that the circuit is now in normal working condition.
2.When you're going to throw rubbish into it, only keep the objects or your hand about 15 cm high above the induction window(in vertical direction).The cap will automatically open within 0.5 second.After throwing the rubbitsh into the dustbin,the cover will automatically close about 5-6 seconds later when you put your hand away from the inducition window.
3. Opening by hand: Press the button which is on the left of the button which is on the left of the induction window,the cover opens automatically but it cannot close automatically.If you close it, you have to press the on-the-right-side button. Press the on the right side button.Again,the circuit will the in the automatic process.
CAUTION: No touch the lid by hand when it's in operation.
